New/Old Business
Town Meeting – Mrs Hicks offered to help with Coffee – we will take advantage of Dunkin Donuts offer to match our purchase of 5 dozen donuts.
Family Fun Nights – one more to go on March 27th – BINGO & Pizza
Cheese Cake raffle prize just arrived from calendar raffle. We will use for teacher appreciation week since we gave winner an alternate prize.
The Academic Fair is April 15th – parents will be asked to bring items
Scholarship – candidates should arrive in late April.
Playground – Sleds to be put away. Construction should begin soon – not sure when. We will contact the construction coordinator at school to see what we can do to facilitate. Perhaps while they have the equipment here they can make some playground improvements – rebuild sandbox that will have to be moved – pour cement for basketball pad etc.
Marcia will be making a survey for the teachers to see what they need for playground toys and if they can keep them in their rooms so they won’t disappear.
Field Day / Graduation – do we order pins and ribbons or give $ to Mrs Chase?
Fundraisers – Dawn reported we have 2314 points for Labels for Education.
We are now signed up for the Staples ink cartridge recycling program.
