Our TRAIL is a non-profit group. We are parents, educators and community members working together to foster a positive/ healthy atmosphere for our children with special needs.

Our mission: is to share ideas, learn about special needs disabilities, services, laws and problem solving skills.

Our TRAIL provides:

Monthly Meetings: A chance to get to meet other families and educators in a comfortable safe environment. Learn from the experiences and stories of others while sharing your own. We will provide guest speakers to help educate us in different areas. Meetings usually happen on a Monday night one time a month at 6:30 at the Common Man in Plymouth. Check our Facebook group for schedule.

Website: This is a wonderful resource to turn to. On the website there will be social opportunities, a calendar of events, discussion topic area, photos, links and more. To find us on Facebook type in the words:Plymouth and Lakes Region Parent Networking Group.

Workshops: We have been working with Parent Information Center and NH Connections of Concord. They have been providing wonderful workshops that have included topics such as Homework Headaches, Your Child’s Learning Style and IEP clinic. All workshops are free of charge. Check our Facebook group for schedule.

Sibshops: Provided by Lakes Region Community Services in Laconia. A great way to get the siblings of a child with special needs involved. It is underestimated the impact it has on a sibling.
